Trust

Trust and governance

Shipward uses governance as the public trust model: artifact-first execution, approval records for protected actions, and truthful publication boundaries for customer-visible outputs.

What is public and provable

  • Artifact-first workflow and evidence-backed reporting.
  • Manual review before any customer-facing report or estimate is published.
  • Protected or risky actions stay behind explicit approvals.
  • Governed follow-on work starts only after approval and funding gates are satisfied.
  • Handoff-first delivery posture in v1.

What is intentionally absent

No fabricated testimonials, customer counts, compliance badges, or approval claims appear here.

Instead, the brochure explains the governance model and the artifact-backed workflow that the repo already supports.

Customer-visible publication stays gated

Reports and estimates are customer-visible only after operator review and publication gates are satisfied. The brochure can describe that rule truthfully without pretending the public site itself is a proof library.
